I have always liked animal prints as decor, but I’ve never actually decorated with it. Also animal print to me anyways, is really bold and loud, so finding a way to use it subtly is important. Here are some ideas to incorporate zebra print into your home. They make a statement for sure, but I think they are a little more quiet.

zebra print bed

Use a monochromatic color palette, and add just one large piece with the zebra print. I think that the combination of one color throughout the room balances out the loud zebra print bed.

Add just a few piece of zebra print to your room. It could be throw pillows, a ceramic zebra statue or zebra skin rug.

zebra print seat

Use zebra print in the form of a zebra bench. Maybe in the entry way, or for use in an office nook.

If none of those ideas are appealing to you, you can always get a really great zebra picture print.

Also going with zebra in a different color, especially a muted color still gives you the same great look but is quieted down a lot.

What do you think? Would you use zebra print in your home?
